We only ask for a ยฃ50.00 booking fee to secure your booking date. This is deducted from the final balance. Booking fees are used to cover administrative costs at the time of booking so are non-refundable.
We request that the final balance is paid two weeks’ prior to your event date. You are welcome to make any payments towards your booking at any time prior to this date.
Yes, you are free to pay in instalments via our online admin facility, or even pay your balance early.
Yes. Providing the event is cancelled within the grace period noted in our Terms and Conditions, only the booking fee will be retained.
To avoid disappointment, we advise you book as far ahead as possible, but we will always do our utmost to find a solution to your enquiry.
